1. International Ecological and Ethnic Puppetry Festival “CHIR CHAYAAN”

The festival brings together amateur puppetry groups and professional theatrical troups from around the world to promote cultural dialogue and creative collaboration with a focus on ecology. Its purpose is to introduce puppetry as an art form to the world, enhance children's understanding of different cultures, and expand cultural exchange. 

The festival will take place between July 3 and 10, 2023, in an outdoor setting.

2. Sixth International Folk Music Festival “OT YRY”

The festival will be held between June 9 and 12, 2023. It aims to bring together experts and amateur folk musicians from around the world to enhance the development, dissemination, and strengthen cultrual exchange of folk music and preserve the intangible cultural heritage of Khakassia.
