Secretary General Kim visited China from 9th to 14th of June to meet with Wang Zhengwei, the Chair of NEAR and Governor of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and his predecessor Governor Jiang Daming of Shandong Province to discuss pending issues regarding the  8th Working Committee Meeting to be held in Ningxia as well as the development of NEAR.
