(1) Purpose
To promote Northeast Asian youths’ mutual understanding and friendship exchange of each region and build a new network of Northeast Asia n regions by implementing an exchange program in Shimane Prefecture

① Theme: Being in a symbiotic relationship in Northeast Asia
② Opinion exchange (Theme: how each country to be in a symbiotic relationship while having problems regarding territorial disputes with Japan?)
③ Cultural exchange through home-stay
④ Traditional culture experience (Japanese flower cake making)
