A delegation headed by Secretary-General Hong Jong-Kyoung visited Hunchun City in the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Region, Jilin Province, China from August 28 to 29. The delegation discussed the establishment of the Subcommittee on Human Resources Exchange, which will be suggested by Hunchun City through Jilin Province.

During the visit, the delegation headed by Secretary-General Hong held a meeting with Piao Cheng Zhe, a member of the Municipal Committee and organization director and Oh Hyeon-chul, the Vice Mayor of Hunchun City to discuss the [proposed] subcommittee. After the meeting, the delegation visited the Hunchun Posco Hyundai International Logistics Center, backed by Posco and Hyundai.
