● Saturday, October 30: Japanese culture introduction and experience
● Saturday, November 6: Opinion exchange

2. Participation: 28 participants from four countries
● South Korea (Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, Dongguk University, Uiduk University) 9 participants
● China (Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Jilin Province) 6 participants
● Russia (Primorsky Territory, Irkutsk State University) 6 participants
● Japan (Shimane Prefecture) 7 participants

(1) Purpose
● To establish new networks for youths in Northeast Asia and promote mutual understanding and friendship exchange
(2) Content
● Exchanging opinions online
● Activities including the introduction of each country, Japanese cultural experience, exchanging opinions, etc., over four rounds
