4. Main Content
   - Purpose: Smooth implementation of individual projects regarding environmental preservation pursued by the Association of North East Asia Regional Governments (NEAR), sharing information, and carrying out environmental conservation measures in the region
    - Presentations
・Report on the state of implementation of the individual projects of 2021 and their activities
・Suggestion of individual projects for 2022, activity plans of the Subcommittee on Environment
・Information exchange regarding advanced environmental policies of each regional government
・Creating a plastic-free and clean Gyeongsangnam-do together with citizens (Gyeongsangnam-do Province, South Korea)
・Environmental education・development: Project to resolve accumulated waste (Tomsk Region, Russia)
