On the expiration of their office terms, Lee Kum Yong, Director of the Department of Planning and Public Relations and Kim Dae Gyun, Manager of the Department of Planning and Public Relations, have returned to Gyeongsangbuk-do Province.  They have been succeeded by seconded officials Yim Eun Jin and Kim Tae Hoon, who started to work at the NEAR Secretariat on Monday, January 24.

With their abundant administrative experience gained while working at Gyeongsangbuk-do Provincial Office, Director Yim and Manager Kim are expected to contribute to further exchange and cooperation among NEAR members and the execution of tasks related to planning and general affairs at the Secretariat.
