○ On May 31, the International Council of Local Authorities (ICLEI) Korea Office relocated from Dangjin, Chungcheongnam-do to KINTEX, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do and held an opening ceremony.

○ Following opening remarks by PARK Yeon-hee, Director of ICLEI Korea, YEOM Tae-young, Deputy Governor of Gyeonggi-do for Economics, and LEE Dong-hwan, Mayor of Goyang Special City, delivered congratulatory remarks.

○ ICLEI is an international organization launched in 1990 at the World Conference on Local Governments for a Sustainable Future held at the United Nations Headquarters, with its world headquarters in Germany and regional offices in 13 countries, including Korea, with a total of 2,600 local governments in 131 countries as members.
