A delegation from Jilin Province, led by Vice Governor Yang Andi, visited Chungcheongnam-do on Wednesday, June 11, and held a meeting with Vice Governor Jeon Hyeong-sik to discuss key areas of cooperation. The discussions focused on strengthening the ginseng industry, enhancing economic cooperation, and expanding mutual participation in the Northeast Asia Expo.
Vice Governor Jeon remarked, “This meeting served as an opportunity to further solidify economic and industrial cooperation between Chungcheongnam-do and Jilin Province based on mutual trust,” and added, “We will continue working to promote sustainable exchanges across various sectors.”
Since establishing a sisterhood relationship in 2019, Chungcheongnam-do and Jilin Province have maintained exchanges in a wide range of fields, including economy and culture.
