On November 11, 2025, the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region released the results of its regional awardees for the 13th NEAR Youth Art Contest through the official WeChat account of the Foreign Affairs Office.
The announcement introduced the participation status and award results of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and described the contest as a “well-structured brand event” of NEAR.
Since 2016, approximately one thousand youths from Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region have continuously taken part in the contest. Notably, this year a new Outstanding Institution Award was introduced, based on participation level, number of submissions, and overall dedication to the contest, and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was selected as one of the awardees.
