On April 4 (Wed.) 2018, the Secretary-General of NEAR appointed Erdenebileg Azzayaas to be the new seconded staff from Umnugobi Province, Mongolia. Ms. Azzayaas will be in charge of liaison and coordination with NEAR member regional governments of each country over the coming year. Ms. Azzayaas is expected to contribute actively to the secretariat owing to her knowledge of Korean culture, which she obtained over a two-year span as a student in Korea, and language skills in English and Korean.
