The NEAR Executive Meeting of Sub-Committees will be held on 31 Oct. back-to-back with the 2011 NEAR International Forum. High-level officials of the coordinator regions of the NEAR Sub-Committees will gather to create shared understanding about operational guidelines for Sub-Committees and discuss pending issues including the use of membership dues.
