The 22nd China Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair (2011 Harbin Trade Fair) was held on 15-19 June in Harbin City of Heilongjiang province, China. 
3,000 booths were set up over the exhibition area of 76000 ㎡, representing various regions and companies selling merchandise. 

NEAR Secretariat delegation led by General Director Hwang Yeong Seuk and Vice Governor Cheng Youdong of Heilongjiang Province exchanged views on how to promote best practices in NEAR Governance  when they met on the sidelines of the fair.
