The Third Global Botanic Gardens Congress Takes Place in Wuhan

The Third Global Botanic Gardens Congress takes place on April 16 in Wuhan. More than 1,000 botanists, gardening scientists and government officials, who comes from over one hundred countries and regions, participate the event. It is also the first time to hold in Asian country.
The Global Botanic Gardens Congress coordinates by BGCI, and conducts every three years. It boasts the Olympic Games of global botanic gardens. The congress subject is "build the future of the sustained development: Botanic Gardens Function ". The main subject includes: plant multiplicity investigation, catalog, plant multiplicity protection, plant multiple sustained utilization, as well as strengthens plant multiple education and publicity.
