



Secretary General Kim participated in a reception to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the opening of CLAIR Seoul office held on November 20 at the Lexington hotel, Youido, Seoul.
The reception was held following Korea-Japan Joint Seminar by CLAIR Seoul and Korea Research Institute for Local Administration under the theme of ‘local self-government and activation of local community’.
H.E. Koro Bessho, the Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of Korea, Kimura Yoko, the Chairman of the CLAIR, Lee Dal-gon, Former Minister of the Ministry of Security and Public Administration, and Lee Seung-jong, the President of the Korea Research Institute for Local Administration participated in the reception.
Meanwhile Secretary General Kim emphasized continuity and expansion of exchange and cooperation of regional governments playing a complementary role of central government and promised to do his best to promote exchange and cooperation among regional governments of both countries through cooperation of CLAIR Seoul office while proposing a toast.
