〇 A delegation of 30 officials from Gyeongsangbuk-do Provincial Council, headed by Chairman Bae Han-cheol, visited Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam, from May 16 to 21.

〇 On May 17, the delegation met with Ms. Nguyen Thi Le, chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Council, and had a discussion on the both regions’ mutual cooperation and growth by collaborating in the areas such as economy & trade, cultural tourism, and agriculture.

〇 Gyeongsangbuk-do Province and the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Council signed an MOU on friendly exchange back in 2017.
