The Opening Ceremony of the New United Nations Premises in I-Tower in Songdo, Incheon Metropolitan City, South Korea, was held in 31 May 2013.

Many participants, including, Dr. Noeleen Heyzer, Executive Secretary of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific(ESCAP), Mr. Song Young-gil, the Mayor of Incheon Metropolitan City, and NEAR Secretary General Kim Jae-hyo, attended the opening ceremony.
