Background and Purpose
To highlight the importance of human resource exchange as exchange and cooperation between NEAR member regional governments in Northeast Asia increases
There is an annual increase in international human resources as a result of the geographical and cultural strengths of the region and the promotion of introduction and exchange of international human resources
To continuously promote mutual projects such as cooperation between Russian and Korean universities through graduate exchange programs and administrative training initiatives between Japan, Korea, and Mongolia
To approve of the designation of Jilin Province as a coordinator of the subcommittee at the Eleventh Working Committee in 2017
Major Activities
Establishing the Subcommittee on the International Exchange of Human Resources in Hunchun City located in the region bordering North Korea, China, and Russia
Holding events such as the joint forum for human resources projects in Northeast Asia
Sharing information and human resources of local governments in the region, and establishing a platform for exchange of human resources to explore methods of further cooperation
