On March 6, LUO Li, the director of the Foreign Affairs Office in Liaoning Province, held a dinner meeting with CHOI Hee-deok, the South Korean consul general to Shenyang, to discuss ways to promote of South Korea-Liaoning relations, exchange among local governments, and cooperation between the Korean Consulate General and the Foreign Affairs Office in Liaoning.
