Representatives of the Siberian Accord, a trade and investment promotion agency in Siberia, attended the Russia International Expo held in Moscow on March 21. There, they gave a presentation on investment, economy, and tourism of the Siberian regions, including  Altai Territory and Tomsk Region to a delegation from Hainan Province headed by TANG Ze, vice-chair of the city council and vice-mayor of Sanya. This was followed by the signing of an MOU between the Siberian Accord and the Council for the Promotion of International Trade of Sanya City.

The Siberian Accord is an association that promotes trade and investment in Siberia. It serves as a window to boost local development and economic cooperation in the region.
