- In 2005, the Singing and Dancing Team of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China and the Folk Team of Vladivostok, Russia were invited.

① Performance of the Singing and Dancing Team of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China
The Singing and Dancing Team of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was invited in 2005 to perform at three local venues for the Northeast Asia International Cultural Palette in Shimane.


② Invitation to the Japanese Cultural Club from Vladivostok, Russia
In 2005, the Japanese Cultural Club (Folk Team) was also invited from Vladivostok, Russia to perform after the Singing and Dancing Team of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

③ The Japanese Cultural Club from Vladivostok, Russia visited the Deputy Governor
The Japanese Cultural Club invited from Vladivostok, Russia for the 2005 Northeast Asia International Cultural Palette in Shimane visited the Deputy Governor of Shimane.
