Director Naito Takaaki of Deperatment of Environment and Civic Affairs and delegates from Shimane Prefecture visited NEAR Secretariat on November 16.

This visit was made to discuss cultural exchanges of NEAR. NEAR Secretariat promised to support for projects of the Sub-Working Committee on Cultural Exchanges conducted by Shimane Prefecture.
