Rebus Igor, a government official seconded from Altai Region, Russia, on August 23, 2021, has completed his term of appointment and will be returning to Russia on August 22, 2023.
Mr. Rebus, not only provided invaluable editing support for Russian documents generated within the Secretariat, but he also excelled in his role as a liaison over the past two years. He also adeptly facilitated communication and cooperation with other NEAR members, making a substantial contribution to the functioning of the NEAR Secretariat.
Secretary-General LIM Byung-jin presented Mr. Rebus with an appreciation plaque and commemorative gift as a token of recognition for his unwavering dedication and remarkable contributions.
Taking up the mantle, KOLMYKOVA Anastasiia, hailing from Kamchatka Territory, will assume her role in August as Mr. Rebus’s successor.
