On September 22 (Fri.) NEAR Under Secretary-General Park Chang-soo attended the celebratory reception for the 68th anniversary of the establishment of the People's Republic of China in Busan Haeundae Grand Hotel, hosted by the Consulate General of China in Busan.

Under Secretary-General Park met with Consul General Guo Peng of China and delivered his congratulatory message. He also requested cooperation from the regional governments of China to play an active role in forthcoming NEAR activities.
