The Secretariat of the Association of Northeast Asia Regional Governments (NEAR) are appreciative of all those who participated in the 7th Youth Art • Poster Contest in 2019.
There was great difficulty in selecting the prize-winning works due to the exceptional number of participants this year.
We would like to express our gratitude again to all of the participants for their outstanding submission.

- Art • Poster : 170 submission (47 from China, 4 from Japan, 4 from Korea, 19 from Mongolia, and 96 from Russia)
B. Prize-winners : 41 (1 Grand Award, 4 Excellence Award, 15 Participation Award, 21 Special Recognition)
