❍ Participants : over 100 persons from 5 countries
❍ Eligibility : up to 2 persons (NEAR working-level officials (including team chiefs)
❍ Venue : Gyeongju, Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea

❍ (Secretariat) Report on the plan for major activities
❍ (NEAR Members) Report on major projects in progress (subcommittee meetings, etc.) and policy promotions
❍ (Secretariat+NEAR Members) Proposals and discussions on exchange and cooperation projects
❍ (NEAR Mebers) Korean traditional culture experiece, local tours, industrial visits, etc.

❍ [Secretariat Support] Housing, meals, and local transportation expenses for up to two participants from each NEAR member region covered by the Secretariat
※However, two persons shall share one guest room.
❍ [Participant's Responsibility] Round trip airfare, transportation to the venue, and other expenses incurred after the event

❍ Submission of the Participant List* : Friday, May 12

※ As for coordinators of subcommittees which are planning to hold meetings in 2023, please submit PPT file and be ready for presentations on the workshop day.
