○ In January 2024, Wang Li Wen, the former level Ⅱ bureau rank official of the Foreign Affairs Office of Hunan Provincial People’s Government, was appointed vice president of the Standing Committee at Hunan Provincial People’s Association of Friendship with Foreign Countries.
