〇On March 15, a delegation led by KIM Kwan-young, governor of Jeonbuk State, and GUK Ju Young Eun, chairperson of the Jeonbuk State Council, paid a visit to Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan, to meet with HIROSHI Hase, governor of Ishikawa Prefecture, and Zenda Yoshihiko, chairperson of the Ishikawa Prefectural Council.

〇Governor Kim conveyed his words of condolence for the damages caused by the earthquake in Ishikawa Prefecture, and promised to offer assistance. Governor Hiroshi expressed his gratitude for the consolation, hoping to continue the cooperation between the two regions.  

〇Since the year 2001 when Jeonbuk State and Ishikawa Prefecture signed a Letter of Intent for Friendship Exchange, the two regions have been in pursuit of cooperative relations in various areas for the last 23 years, and are ready to further enhance their bilateral exchange and collaboration in the years to come.
