❍ Eligibility: Ambassadors of Int'l Affairs of Korean Members & liaison officers for                           NEAR in Korea and overseas.                    

❍ Venue: Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province (Hilton Gyeongju hotel)

❍ [NEAR Members] Presentations on major projects (incl. subcommittee) and policy promotion

❍ [NEAR Secretariat & Members] Suggestions and discussions on NEAR projects and activities.

❍ [NEAR Members] One-on-one conversation, local & industrial tour, etc.

* A separate event of "Meet the Ambassadors of Int'l Affairs" will take place on May 22.

□ Guidelines on Participation Fee

❍ The Secretariat provides fees for the following:

   - Living expenses for up to TWO participants for each member region. (Accommodation, meals, and local tour transport)

   ※ Double-occupancy rooms provided.

❍ The participants must be responsible for the following:

   - Airfare, airport↔Gyeongju transport, living expenses outside the workshop period, etc.
