On March 31, QIN Junfeng took office as Director of Foreign Affairs Office, Anhui Province, China, a NEAR member region. Mr. Qin once served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, China and Chinese Embassy in Germany. He also used to work for state-owned enterprises. Moreover, Mr. Qin served as Deputy Mayor of Maanshan City, Anhui Province.
