○ On Thursday, April 13, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province held the opening ceremony of C-Lab Outside Gyeongbuk and Gyeongbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center at Yeungnam University in Gyeongsan to promote local leading start-ups.

○ C-Lab Outside Gyeongbuk is a start-up incubating program that Samsung Electronics has been operating since 2018 with the goal of activating the domestic start-up ecosystem by providing customized capacity enhancement programs for each company.

○ Prior to the opening ceremony, five start-ups in each field of healthcare, robotics, materials, and components, and environment were selected through expert evaluations, and 40 people completed their residency in the center.
