○ The "China-Russia Heilongjiang International Winter Sports Competition" was held on February 24 in Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province, China, co-hosted by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government and the Amur Region Government of Russia.  


○ The event included the "2024 China-Russia Heilongjiang International Ice Hockey Friendly Match" and the "2024 China-Russia Heilongjiang International Car Ice Challenge".
