○ On February 20, Henan province, China, opened the first new road-rail international logistics route connecting Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and Zhengzhou, China. 


○ The route runs from Phnom Penh, Cambodia, to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, by land, and to Zhengzhou, China, by rail.
