○ Governor KOZHEMYAKO Oleg of Primorsky Territory has announced plans to open a passenger rail line with North Korea within the coming year.


○ Additionally, Governor Kozhemyako highlighted the resumption of the Najin-Hotsan development project and the upcoming construction of roads and bridges spanning the Tumen River.
