To support exchanges among NEAR's members, the NEAR Secretariat arranged  the Saran Khukhuu performers from Dornogovi Aimag, Mongolia to visit Jeju Special Self-governing City. The Secretariat also assisted with consecutive interpretation during their participation in the 62^nd Tamna Cultural Festival.

During the Tamna Cultural Festival held between October 7 and 8, the performers participated in the official parade on October 6, which was themed "Grandma of Jeju." Furthermore, they also participated in the Cultural Exchange Festival Program, one of the main programs of the Tamna Cultural Festival, to showcase Mongolian traditional arts performances such as singing, dancing, and playing musical instruments to the residents of Jeju Special Self-governing City.
