The Secretariat delegation headed by Secretary General Jun Jae-won visited Changchun, Jilin Province on August 30-31 to attend Trilateral Regional Government Cooperative Meeting at the invitation of the People's Government of Jilin Province. Secretary General Jun was attendance at the meeting with Jiang Chaoliang, Governor of Jilin, signing ceremony of friendship agreement between Gyeongsangbuk-do Province and Jilin Province, and welcome banquet. On the second day, he made a presentation on plans for cooperation of Korea, China, and Japan while introducing NEAR.
