Secretariat Delegation led by Secretary General Jun Jae-won visited Liaoning Province and Nei Mongol Autonomous Region of China-non member regions- to attract new members. Sun Dagang, manager of Liaoning Foreign Affairs Office expressed welcome to the Secretariat delegation’s visit to Liaoning Province and said that the Foreign Affairs Office will try to persuade Liaoning Province to join NEAR. Also,Lu Jindong, vice manager of Nei Mongol Foreign Affairs Office said that the delegation’s visit was a chance to understand NEAR and will review joining NEAR. Also he hoped to expand exchange with NEAR members by joining NEAR.
