NEAR Secretary delegation led by Secretary General Kim Jae-hyo visited Zhengzhou City in Henan Province to participate in the 8th EXPO CENTRAL CHINA 2013 on 17-20 May, at the invitation of Henan Province, NEAR's China member. Secretary General Kim met Xie Fuzhan, Governor of Henan Province and celebrated Governor Xie's inauguration of last March and successful opening of the EXPO on 17th. .
