Ku Hae-il, director of International Cooperation Department of the NEAR Secretariat, along with 3 participants participated in Korea-China-Japan's Cooperation Workshop for Public Officials , held at Grand Ambassador Seoul, on December 7-8, 2012, and shared opinion about the way for regional development of Korea-China-Japan and a personal exchange in public officials. In addition, he presented ‘The Current Situation of Cooperation among the Northeast Asia Regional Governments’.
