On July 3, Governor Hirai met with CEO CHO Jin-man of Air Seoul in Seoul whiling visiting Gangwon-do Province, South Korea, and agreed to resume the Seoul-Yonago route.

The Seoul-Yonago route, which was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will resume for the first time in four years, with round-trip flights three times a week on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday from October 25 on.
