The Opening Ceremony of the 7th CISM Military World Games was held at Wuhan, China on October 18.
The Military World Games, the second largest sports competition after Olympic Games, have been held every four years since 1995. The competition is organized by the International Military Sports Council (CISM) and currently has 140 member countries.
This event featured the largest in scale ever, the largest number of participants, and the greatest anticipation, with 9,300 athletes and officials of 109 countries in attendance.
