Ma Suchao, a Chief of Foreign Liaison Office from Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, was inaugurated and started to work at the Secretariat, receiving an appointment certificate and a bouquet of congratulatory flowers from Secretary General Kim Ok-chae on December 31.   

Ma Suchao worked in the Civil Service for ten years, managing mainly external business. She stated that she is glad to have the opportunity to experience various cultures and systems of other NEAR members at the NEAR Secretariat and expressed her intentions to make an effort to support NEAR’s business development.
