A delegation from Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service which included Professor Viktor Fersht visited the NEAR Secretariat and held a meeting with Secretary General Kim Ok-chae on Monday, November 4.
Professor Fersht suggested a joint project publishing major news of NEAR and analysis articles such as current issues of Northeast Asia from Chinese · Russian college scholars in the form of an online magazine four times a year.
Secretary General Kim shared his agreement on the purpose of publishing the joint online magazine and decided to discuss specific plans with the university.
