ZHANG Yupu, governor of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region met with
Vice Governor MATSUO Shinji and Chairman SONOYAMA Shigeru of Shimane Prefecture, Japan, while they were attending the 30th Anniversary of the Ningxia-Shimane International Sisterhood.
