The staffs who will be dispatched from NEAR Members are decided. They are Xu Lilan from Shandong Province of China, Nakamichi Hiroaki from Shimane Prefecture of Japan, Baatarjau Bolor Zul from Selenge Province of Mongolia and Mongush Mergen from Republic of Tyva of Russia.

The term of the office of the staffs will start on May 1, 2007 and end April 30, 2008.
