Liaoning province has carried out a blueprint: The province will utilize its long coastal line and depends on its advantageous geographical position in northeast of China, and takes “Five  Technological Parks” as the key to develop seaport industries and coastal economy.  The purpose is to promote the construction of coastal economic areas.
